Joined the Company in 1978. Law degree from the Universidad Anáhuac with an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the National University of San Diego. In 1999 he was appointed Deputy Director General and in March 2004 was elected President and General Manager. He has directed the areas of Legal, Administration and Finance, Human Resources, Systems and Corporate Services. He is a member of several associations and industrial groups.

Enrique Hernández-Pons Torres

He joined the Company in 1971. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad del Valle de México and has a postgraduate degree abroad. Administrative areas, such as Sales and Marketing, and was Chairman of the Group's Board of Directors. He is a member of several groupings and business associations.

Gerardo Canavati Miguel
Chief Financial Officer & CEO of the Frozen division

Joined the Company in 2002. He holds a degree in Economics from the ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México) with a Master's degree in Finance from the same institution. During the period 1987-2000 he held various positions in financial institutions and later served as Director of Finance of two companies within the real estate and food sectors. In 2001, he joined the Group as Director of Financial Planning, responsible for Strategic Planning, Budgets and Investor Relations. In 2007, he held the position of Director of Finance Planning, and since 2014 he has been CFO of the Company. Additionally, in 2016 he was appointed CEO of Nutrisa, and one year later, CEO of the Company's Frozen division.

Andrea Francesco del Rizzo
Commercial Director

Joined the Company in 2006. Graduated in Business Administration from the Universidad de Ca'Foscari, Venice, Italy. He worked in Italian and English companies as a brand assistant and market research, and in 1997 joined Barilla Alimentare S.p.A., where he held several positions in Sales and Category Management. In 1999 he moved to Mexico City, where he holds Trade Marketing, Category Management and Key Account Executive positions in Barilla America. In 2004 he is named head of the New Channels and Business Development area in Chicago, Illinois, USA. In 2005 he was appointed Director of Barilla Mexico and in 2010 he was appointed Director of Commercial Strategy. In 2011 he is appointed Director of Sales and since 2015 holds the position of Commercial Director.

Estuardo Lárraga Martínez
Supply Chain Director

He joined the Company in 1990. Agroindustrial Engineer from the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, with an MBA from UASLP and UQAM (University of Quebec in Montreal). He joined Grupo Herdez in the Operations area at the San Luis Potosí Av. Industrias plant, where he served as General Manager since 1994, later responsible for the operations of Celaya, Tuna, as well as the Tuna Fleet. From 2013 onwards, the areas of Engineering and Projects and Management and Improvement are under its management. In 2016 he was appointed Director of Supply Chain.

Pedro Gracia-Medrano
Director of Human Resources

He joined the Company in 1978. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad La Salle, with a Master's degree in Business Administration in the same university. He joined the Group in the Distribution area and in 1980 moved to the Industrial Relations area, where he held various positions until the Director of Industrial Relations in 1986. In 2004 he was appointed Executive Director of Human Resources, and now serves as Director of Human Resources.

Enrique Hernández-Pons Méndez
Director Aires de Campo

Joined the Company in 1999. He holds a degree in International Business from the Universidad Anáhuac, with a master's degree in Business Administration from IMD in Lausanne Switzerland. He joined the Group to the Sales area, later to the Marketing area and then to the Finance area. He worked at McCormick & Co. in the Marketing area. Since 2013 he is Director of Aires de Campo.

Juan Rodríguez Del Collado
Director of FoodService

Joined the Company in 1990. Graduated in Advertising by the Centro de Estudios en Ciencias de la Comunicación (CECC) and with an AD-1 awarded by the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas (IPADE). During the period of 1986-1990 he held various positions in consumer companies in the areas of Marketing and Sales. He joined the Company as a Brand Manager for McCormick de México and since then has held several positions in the Marketing area. In 2002 he was appointed to the position of Commercial Director of Associated Companies and as of May 2007, he was appointed Director of Food Service. of Food Service.

Sergio Zardoni Galarza
Director of Planning and Associated Companies

Joined the company in 2008 as a result of the integration of Herdez Del Fuerte. He graduated as an Industrial Physics Engineer at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), the same institution where he obtained a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Systems. Sergio worked several years in Del Fuerte. He was appointed Director of Strategic Planning, once the integration was complete of which he was responsible, and recently appointed Director of Planning and Associated Companies, taking responsibility for the relationship with our main partners.
