("Grupo Herdez" or the "Company") (BMV: HERDEZ) hereby announces that on December 4th, 2025, it will propose to its shareholders' meeting the sale of 25% of the shares representing the capital stock of McCormick de México S.A. de C.V., owned by the Company, in favor of McCormick & Company, for a price of $750 million US dollars.
